CRM and automation for construction and the trades
Bids in your inbox, follow-ups in your head, and invoices nobody is chasing. We build the system that tracks every lead, bid, and job, and automates the parts you keep meaning to get to.
The reality in construction
Construction runs on relationships and gets buried in admin. A lead comes in by phone or email, an estimate goes out, and then it lives or dies based on whether someone remembers to follow up. Plenty of good bids go cold for no reason other than silence.
We have done this work for general contractors, the trades, and the design firms that fit out retail and commercial spaces. The pattern is always the same: scattered information and manual chasing. A clean CRM plus a few well-placed AI automation workflows turns that into a pipeline you can actually see, including the unpaid invoices quietly sitting past due.
What we do for construction teams
Lead to bid pipeline
Every inquiry captured and tracked from first call through estimate to signed job, so nothing dies in an inbox.
Estimate and proposal follow-up
Automated, timed follow-ups on outstanding bids so quiet prospects get a nudge without you remembering to send it.
Unpaid invoice automation
Flag and follow up on overdue invoices automatically. The work is done, the money should not be optional.
Job and subcontractor tracking
One place to see active jobs, owners, and handoffs instead of a group text and three spreadsheets.
Where we start
Get it out of inboxes
We pull your leads, bids, and contacts into one CRM your whole crew can see.
Automate the chasing
Bid follow-ups and invoice reminders that run on their own.
Connect your tools
Tie the CRM to your estimating, accounting, and email so data stops being retyped.
Stay accountable
Simple reporting on open bids, win rate, and receivables you check in two minutes.
Frequently asked questions
We run on spreadsheets and email. Is this overkill?
It is the opposite of overkill. Spreadsheets and email are exactly where bids go to be forgotten. The first version we build is deliberately simple: one place for leads and bids, with automatic follow-up. You feel the difference in the first month.
Do you work with the trades and subcontractors, not just GCs?
Yes. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, retail and environmental design, and ancillary trades all have the same lead-to-job problem, often worse because the volume of small jobs is higher. The system scales down to that just fine.
Can you automate chasing unpaid invoices?
This is one of the highest-return things we set up. We track invoice status and trigger polite, escalating reminders on a schedule, so receivables get worked without a person babysitting the aging report.
